Who we are
LevelsUp Health ("LevelsUp", "we", "I") is run by John Kerr and provides blood based coaching and education across the UK. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact: john@levelsup.uk.
What we collect through this website
- When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number, what you're interested in and your message.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider records to keep the site secure and working, such as your IP address and browser type.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your blood test or coaching.
- To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up properly.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We never sell your information.
Health information
Blood results and health details shared once you become a client are special category data. We only use them to provide your coaching and report, with your explicit consent, and keep them in the LevelsUp app with access limited to your coach.
Who helps us
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Supabase, which stores enquiries securely in the UK.
- Pushover, which sends John a phone notification when an enquiry arrives.
- Resend, which sends John a backup email copy of each enquiry.
- Google Fonts, which provides the fonts this site uses.
- YouTube, only if you press play on a video. Videos use YouTube's privacy enhanced mode and nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to coaching are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as you're a client and for up to 6 years afterwards for accounting and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email john@levelsup.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

LevelsUp provides coaching and education only. We don't diagnose, treat, prescribe or supply medication.
